You will be guided back towards your center with supported relaxation poses. While in these poses, massage and energy work therapy will ground and calm you.

Resolution Revolution is a workshop that introduces participants to the foundational elements of Ayurveda through classroom learning, a seasonal and dosha-balancing yoga flow, and a community meal where participants may apply key learnings.
In this workshop we will explore how to find clear support through the skeleton in relationship to the ground for ease of movement and a sense of stability. When we find this support we lessen the pressures on our soft tissues and reduce general wear and tear and overall muscular tension. All levels welcome!
During our final workshop we will conclude with a discussion of Kapha Dosha to build on the conversation in the first workshop around ways to recognize imbalance and practices to come back into balance. We will then experience an asana practice tailored to Kapha Dosha or those experiencing an imbalance of Kapha.

The standing poses are all about our foundation. We are going to take a look at each area, mobilize it, strengthen it, stretch it, and use the standing poses to integrate it! The standing poses are an excellent tool for learning how to use our feet, legs, hips, and pelvis to set up a spine that HUMS in it's alignment!
