Embark on this 4-week yoga journey that prioritizes joint mobility, overall strengthening, and balance. This series is open to all, whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, and it is designed to empower you with a deeper understanding of yoga postures and techniques that enhance your physical well-being.   

Throughout this series, you'll:  

-Explore yoga poses poses and sequences designed for joint mobility. By focusing on key joints like hips, shoulders, and spine, you will gradually increase your flexibility and mobility, allowing for greater freedom of movement in your daily life.

-Build strength and stability with specific poses designed to challenge your muscles in order to build a resilient and balanced physique.  

-Improve your stability and coordination, both in yoga and life, to promote a greater sense of equilibrium.   This Joint Mobility and Strength Yoga Series is designed to provide you with practical, actionable insights that can be applied immediately to your practice.

It's an opportunity to discover the transformative power of yoga, not only in terms of physical strength and flexibility but also in terms of overall well-being.   All levels are welcome and modifications will be available to accommodate your specific needs and abilities.
