Calling all Golfers! It's time to get ready for the 2024 Season! 

Physically, the golf swing is extremely taxing on your body. Most of your joints have to move through their maximum range of motion at a very high speed, about 70-100 times during a round of golf.  And, because you only swing with one side of your body, your muscles develop unevenly.  And mentally, if your mind is restless and you’re unfocused, your game will suffer.  

The fundamental purpose of yoga is to build strength and harmony in both the mind and body. Yoga for golfers specifically focuses on poses to address loosening tight upper body and also on the lower body including stance, hip rotation and leg strength which are all critical components of your golf swing. When practicing yoga, you develop strength, endurance, stability, flexibility, balance, mental acuity, patience and concentration.  

All the same things you need to improve your golf game! 

This 4-week series is for you if you want to: 

-Eliminate strokes and improve your overall game 
-Stay out of pain and away from injury 
-Be able to play this crazy game you love for many, many more years

We'll practice fundamental stretches and breathing exercises that you can incorporate into your warm-up routine during the season! Let's make your golfing buddies jealous!
