Join master health coach Jen Marion from Habit Health & Wellness for Self Care Sunday! This time is intended for individuals to take a holistic approach to recharge, reset, and gather focus for 2024. You will leave refreshed and have new ideas on how to care for yourself. We will also look in depth at the pillars of wellness, meditation, visualization and much more.... this could be the best 2 hours of your whole year!


Jen has been an outdoor enthusiast, runner, triathlete, and equestrian her whole life. She is also a mother of two boys, Master Certified Health Coach, Yoga Instructor, Nutrition Coach and Fitness Trainer. Exercise has always provided her an outlet to recharge from the stresses of life, reset her mindset, create goals, and most of all; provide time for self-care. Her passion is to help her clients discover a path to balance in their lives, have a greater sense of wellbeing and peace, and create a positive and fulfilling environment around them.

Wellness is spiritual, relational, physical and emotional health, not just about lower numbers on the scale and building biceps. She encourages and facilitates self-reflection, decision making, and assists with creating life changes. A client may want to: increase energy, better endurance, better task management and focus, have more confidence, stop feeling like each day is the same 'ol thing, change eating habits, increase cardiovascular health, or better mobility. Coaching is conducted through open-ended questions leading to discovery.

She provides a safe space to self-reflect about what is holding you back. You will leave each session knowing yourself better and feeling empowered. She wants everyone to be the best version of themselves.
