Real People. Real Yoga. Real Bodies.
Real Transformation.

At Serenity Yoga & Wellness we believe that all beings should have access to the life-changing practices of yoga and other wellness modalities. We strive to create a peaceful and compassionate environment where you are encouraged to explore and grow.  We want you to do what feels good, fully embrace your personal journey, and to let go of expectations.

We believe all people should have access to these practices and their benefits regardless of gender, gender identity, race, sexuality, ability, age, religion, culture or socioeconomic status. We strive to create a nonjudgemental and supportive atmosphere where everyone is welcome, just as they are, from the moment they walk in the door.

The practice of yoga reminds us that we are more alike than we are different. Real transformation comes from looking within ourselves and from the skillful actions we take in the world.  At Serenity, we are committed to the wellbeing of our communities and we welcome open dialogue and courageous conversations on issues that are heart-centered.

Testimonials

Kathleen

“There's something for every one and every level here. I tried a few things before I settled on Chair Yoga. It's a great hour of stretches, movements, and introspections and perfect for people with balance or mobility challenges. I'm so glad I was introduced to yoga as a discipline, and to Serenity in particular.”

Alexis

“Serenity has always been a place where I can relax, smile, unwind and exercise. The new space is beautiful! The teachers are incredibly educated, friendly and helpful when practicing. They’re inclusive of everyone and can help you adapt to the class to remain comfortable no matter your shape, size, weight, heritage, race, ethnicity, and sexual orientation. It’s a loving and encouraging community that I can’t recommend enough. I hope that they can pull through this difficult time of closure due to COVID-19 so that we can hug, laugh and smile again soon.”

Christine

“Serenity Yoga is an amazing studio that is welcoming to all levels of experience. I have found it to be more of a community than a studio. Classes are very affordable and packages are available. The owner, who also teaches some of the classes, goes up and beyond to know who each individual is and to provide a variety of workshops and experiences. There are other places closer to home to practice yoga, but I travel a little further because I enjoy being at Serenity that much.”

Rachel

“Serenity is so welcoming and such a cozy and comfortable place to practice Yoga. It is such a supportive environment. Each time I am there I laugh, I work hard and I learn something new about myself. I look forward to class every week.”
