Let’s face it - stress (in one capacity or another) is a part of our everyday lives. Running from it won't solve anything. So here’s an idea - what if we sat with it and used our breath to navigate it? What if we used meditation to create a sense of calm in the chaos? Then what would happen if we took all of this and created a toolbox of sorts, solely to reduce stress? 

Each week we’ll dive into easy breathwork techniques that you’ll be able to use at work, at home, out and about - anywhere! Then we’ll put them into practice as we relax into a guided meditation to help relieve the stress of the day. The only experience required is the experience you already have. All I ask is that you come as you are and with an open mind. 


Chelsea Connelly is as much an educator as she is a learner, and she’s your biggest cheerleader. After over a decade practicing yoga, she decided to dedicate a specific practice to meditation in 2021. Since then, she has completed her 200 hour Meditation Teacher Training and 50 hour Pranayama Teacher Training to show people ways to integrate meditative practices into their daily lives so they can lead a more present and fulfilling life.

Her classes are designed to create spaces where people can have authentic conversations about meditation and mindfulness, and where they can show up as they are because wherever they’re at, is exactly where they need to be.
