Spring can be a very heavy, wet, dense time of year. You might feel sluggish and unmotivated or cloudy and congested. Although the days are getting longer, we can find it hard to motivate and "get going" in the spring.
Join Taylor to discuss the changing season and what this time of transition means for our health and lifestyle choices!
Taylor will begin with a discussion about this time of year as it relates to our health, including suggested spring foods and yoga practices to help re-align and cleanse the body and mind. After some discussion, we will participate in a Spring Focused Yoga Practice to help bring you back into balance!
