Private Yoga Lessons


Does Jumping straight into a group yoga class feel intimidating?

With private yoga lessons, you'll zero in on your goals and get personalized instruction based on your health, body type and lifestyle. During our time together we'll carefully craft sessions that meet your personal needs. You’ll receive compassionate support as you explore yoga postures at your level, as well as learn breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques.


With private lessons, you'll:

  • Grasp the basics of yoga or dive deeper into difficult postures

  • Develop confidence to practice in group settings

  • Tailor your practice to benefit specific physical goals

  • Learn to modify your practice while healing from injury or to address chronic needs, challenges and/or conditions

  • Cultivate a therapeutic practice to manage or improve health issues like insomnia, anxiety or depression

  • Receive one-on-one attention

The Cost: $95/session or $340 for a package of 4 sessions.
