*Reiki is a form of alternative medicine used to balance and strengthen one's "ki" or energy. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means “Universal Life” and (Ki) which means “Energy”. It is a subtle and effective form of energy work using spiritually guided life force energy transferred through the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage physical and emotional healing.

** CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive form of body therapy which corrects problems of the head, neck, and spine and influences the functioning of the entire nervous system. The CranioSacral System is composed of the bones, membranes, and fluid which surround, envelope, and nourish the brain and spinal cord. This system controls and directs all of our body processes. Injuries, disease, stress, or trauma anywhere in the body can cause restrictions in the free movement of these membranes. Because of the protective nature of this system, CranioSacral Therapy utilizes a very small force, usually less than an ounce, to avoid engaging the resistance of the tissue. By working with the body instead of against it, this form of treatment is capable of affecting profound changes without pain or discomfort.
