As the wheel of the year turns once again we prepare ourselves for a season of reflection and hibernation. This transitional time of year is a perfect opportunity to pause and observe all we’ve accomplished this year and also contemplate that which is no longer serving us.
During this workshop we will spend time inhabiting our bodies in gentle yin yoga poses which focus more on passive stretches, targeting fascia more than muscle. These long holds will give you an opportunity for inner reflection which will then be followed by a period of personal journaling and writing. Taylor will link these poses with prompts to further facilitate the conscious connection between body, mind and spirit.
