This Yoga Nidra class is a gentle yoga flow that incorporates a body scan and guided meditation. The class ends with a mindfulness community circle, where Kelly shares with you some of her own inspirational guidance.

Kelly is a young and inspired yoga enthusiast. She has been teaching yoga since 2018. Her practice dates back 7 years and has a 4 year background in aerial fitness and dance. Kelly is currently getting her Master’s Degree in Mindfulness Studies. Her yoga classes focus on the sensations that yoga makes you feel rather than the perfection behind each posture. Kelly’s class is great for someone who wants to begin their yoga journey, those who have just started their yoga journey, and for those experienced yogis who just feel the need to slow down in their practice.
