Resolution Revolution: An Ayurvedic Kick Off for the New Year

New Years is a time for reflection and new beginnings. This workshop is an opportunity to get curious about your own habits and lifestyle and potentially apply positive changes for the new year!  Resolution Revolution is a workshop that introduces participants to the foundational elements of Ayurveda through classroom learning, a seasonal and dosha-balancing yoga flow, and a community meal where participants may apply key learnings.
