The Teachers of Serenity Yoga

Our outstanding teachers are the core of Serenity.

Each of our instructors has a minimum 200-hour certification, many have additional intensive training and complementary degrees. We are committed to deepening our studies, growing as teachers, and guiding our students along the path of self-discovery.  We believe in yoga for everyone and work to create a comfortable class atmosphere that encourages curiosity, mindfulness and non-judgment.
